Visto, operated by Reger Digital LLC, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page describes our standards against child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and how we keep minors off our platform.
Visto is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. Registration requires date of birth, and every user must complete live face verification during signup. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account or use the service.
We prohibit any content, conduct, or communication that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. Any such material or behavior results in immediate account termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
All users undergo live facial recognition verification (AWS Rekognition) at signup. Our system estimates age and rejects registrations that appear to be minors. Accounts suspected of belonging to a minor are removed.
Every user can report and block other users directly in the app. Reports of suspected child endangerment are prioritized and reviewed promptly. We remove offending accounts and preserve information for law enforcement.
We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.
